We want D2PLAN to be comfortable for everyone who uses it, including people with disabilities. This statement describes what we have done, what is not yet accessible, and how to ask for help or an adjustment.
1. The standard
The site is built to Israeli Standard 5568 (based on WCAG 2.0) at level AA, as required by regulation 35 of the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013. We work to WCAG 2.2 level AA, which also covers the requirements in the European Union and the United States.
2. What has been adjusted
- Full keyboard navigation, a "skip to main content" link, and clearly visible focus.
- Labels for every field and button, and messages that screen readers announce (for example, when a code is sent or an error appears).
- Colour contrast to the standard, and text that can be enlarged to 200% without losing content.
- The right direction for each language (right to left in Hebrew, left to right in the others), and each page's language declared.
- An accessibility menu: larger text, high contrast, highlighted links and stopping motion. The menu is an extra aid; the adjustments themselves are built into the code.
- Sign-in with a code, a password of your choice, or a Google or Microsoft account. A password is optional and is stored only as a one-way hash — no one, including us, can read it.
3. What is not yet fully accessible
- The 3D studio is a graphic editor and cannot be made fully accessible to screen readers. The alternatives: keyboard shortcuts for every main action, a text list of items and their properties, plans that can be exported and printed, and personal help from our team.
- Tutorial videos: captions are being added gradually. Until then, you can ask for a transcript.
- Documents users upload (PDFs and images) are not always accessible, because we did not create them.
- Older screens that have not yet been fully checked. We are checking and fixing them in order of priority.
4. Accessibility coordinator
- Name: to be completed before launch
- Phone: to be completed before launch
- E-mail: office@d2plan.com
Contact the coordinator to report a problem, ask for an adjustment, or receive information or a service in another way. We will answer within five working days.
5. Testing
The site has been checked with automated tools and keyboard navigation. Before launch it will also be checked by an accessibility expert and with screen readers (NVDA on desktop and VoiceOver on phones). The date of the expert review will appear here. This statement was updated on 20 October 2026.
