How we keep your information
[Studio name] uses D2PLAN to design and manage your project. The service keeps the details you give us: contact details, the property's address, details about the project and your needs, questionnaire answers, plans, images, documents, quotes and payments, and our correspondence.
- Why: to design the project, manage it and stay in touch with you. We will not use the information for any other purpose without your consent.
- Do you have to provide it: there is no legal obligation, but without some details we cannot design the project or provide the service.
- Who sees it: the studio, its employees who need it for the work, and anyone we share the design with with your consent (for example, contractors). D2PLAN keeps the information for us only, on secure servers, some of them outside Israel.
- For how long: as long as the project is active, and afterwards as the law requires (for example, billing documents).
