These terms govern the use of D2PLAN (www.d2plan.com), operated by תמר גולדשמיד זירת האדריכלות (company no. 304936503, הרב בנימין צביאלי 1, ירושלים). Contact for any matter: office@d2plan.com.
1. The service
D2PLAN is a system for interior design and architecture studios: a 3D design studio, client and project management (CRM), a calendar, quotes, contracts, an invoice register, a personal area for clients, questionnaires and messaging, and AI tools. What each plan includes is shown on the plans page at the time of purchase.
2. Who may use it
- The service is meant for professional and business use, by people aged 18 or over.
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your e-mail, with a password you choose (optional), or with a Google or Microsoft account. Anyone with access to the account's mailbox can sign in to it, so keep that mailbox — and your password — secure.
- The account holder is responsible for what is done in the account, including by employees they add and the permissions they give them. You can see, and sign out, the devices connected to your account at any time.
3. Subscription, payment and renewal
- The price, billing period and what each plan includes are shown before purchase. If there is a trial, it is shown in advance, together with the date billing starts.
- In Israel, billing is through iCount, by a monthly or annual standing order, and the invoice is sent by e-mail. Outside Israel, once that option is enabled, the purchase is made through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record; its terms then also apply to the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until it is cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Details, and the rights of consumers, are in Cancellation and Refunds.
- Price changes are announced at least 30 days before they apply, and apply only from the next period.
- When a payment fails, reminders are sent. If it is not settled, some features are locked until it is. Your data is not deleted because of this.
4. AI and usage limits
The AI tools have a usage allowance per plan, shown in the service. Their results are suggestions only. What is sent to AI providers, and that your data is not used to train models, is set out in AI in the Service.
5. Design stays the professional's responsibility
Smart planning, the checks in the service (clearances, standards, accessibility, safety), quantity take-offs and contractor plans are aids. They do not replace the judgement of a qualified professional, site measurements, binding standards, permits, or checks by engineers and consultants. Quantities and prices are estimates. Any design that leaves the service must be checked by the person responsible for it before work is done according to it.
6. Your content
- What you put into the service — plans, models, images, documents and client details — belongs to whoever put it there. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Whoever uploads an image, a logo or a document confirms they have the right to use it.
- Information about a studio's clients is kept on the studio's behalf, and the studio is its controller. This is governed by the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms. A ready-made notice for clients is in Notice to a Studio's Clients.
- You can download a copy of your data at any time from the account settings. The service backs up data, but it does not replace keeping your own copies of documents you are legally required to keep.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use the service to break the law or infringe the rights of others, upload offensive content or content you have no right to use, send spam, try to break into or disrupt the service, collect data from it automatically, or resell access to it without permission. Report security problems as described in Reporting Security Issues.
8. Connections to other services
You can connect a Google or Microsoft calendar and mailbox, and an invoicing service. Each connection is made only at your request, asks only for the permission it needs, and can be disconnected at any time. The terms of whoever runs those services also apply to them.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available at all times, but there may be maintenance breaks and faults. We keep developing the service, and features may change. Material changes that affect users adversely are announced in advance.
10. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or damage caused by a design that was not checked by a professional. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the twelve months before the event. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects the rights of consumers.
11. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the account settings, as described in Account and Data Deletion. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or endangers others; where possible, we will give notice first and a chance to put things right.
12. Law, jurisdiction and language
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of the Tel Aviv district have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law gives a consumer a different right. The Hebrew version is binding in Israel and the English version outside Israel. Other languages are for convenience only.
13. Changes to these terms
Material changes are announced by e-mail and in the service at least 30 days before they apply, and you will be asked to accept them again. If you do not agree, you can cancel the subscription before the change applies.
