What is sent, and when
- System e-mails — sign-in codes, receipts, invoices, reminders, security alerts and changes to the terms. They are part of the service, they are not advertising, and they are sent to all users.
- Marketing e-mail — news, offers and tutorials. Sent only to those who ticked the consent box at registration or in the settings. The box is never ticked in advance.
How to stop it
Every marketing e-mail has an unsubscribe link that works with one click. You can also stop it from the account settings or by writing to office@d2plan.com.
Labelling
In Hebrew, the subject of every marketing e-mail begins with the word "פרסומת" (advertisement), under section 30A of the Israeli Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law. Marketing messages by WhatsApp or SMS are sent only with explicit consent for that channel.
What we will not do
We will not sell or give e-mail addresses to others, and will not send marketing on behalf of other organisations.
